After completing an in-depth health history form, we will dive into the details regarding your lifestyle habits and daily routines to better understand what is going to work best for your body and lifestyle.
Goal setting a large part of what we do together. We will move through a goal setting process to better understand what it is you truly desire, and from there we can create an action plan to get you there.
03. Circle of Life
Your circle of life encompasses all areas of your life. You may be hiring a health coach to help you with your nutrition and overall health goals – but we will take a look at all areas of your life that may be affecting you.
04. Personalized Health Program
What we call a “health program” is not to be confused with a typical meal plan. This program is custom made to fit everything we discovered in our session and is made to be your quick-start guide to a better version of you. With healthy habit tips, meal ideas, recipes, products, shopping lists, exercise goals, supplement information, and even a list of restaurants with healthy options that fit your needs - all you’ll be missing is the accountability portion, which is where the 6 or 12 month programs come into play!
