My Approach

01. profile

After completing an in-depth health history form, we will dive into the details regarding your lifestyle habits and daily routines to better understand what is going to work best for your body and lifestyle.

02. Goals

Goal setting a large part of what we do together. We will move through a goal setting process to better understand what it is you truly desire, and from there we can create an action plan to get you there.

03. Circle of Life

Your circle of life encompasses all areas of your life. You may be hiring a health coach to help you with your nutrition and overall health goals – but we will take a look at all areas of your life that may be affecting you.

04. Personalized Health Program

What we call a “health program” is not to be confused with a typical meal plan. This program is custom made to fit everything we discovered in an introductory session and is made to be your guide to a better version of you. Depending on the package or program you choose to partake in, we create a baby-step program allowing you to build confidence, make attainable changes, and create a new lifestyle that enables you to reach your goals.

My Signature 6-Month Coaching Program

A 6-month program allows us to make bi-weekly changes and improvements in order to get you to reach your goals. These programs are designed to transform your life and build up self-confidence, discipline, and accountability. Surpass your goals, learn to stay on track with your new lifestyle, and break-through old belief and thought patterns.

Includes:

  • All steps listed in our approach.

  • 12 biweekly, 60-minute coaching sessions.

  • Updated notes, goals, and motivational resources to keep you on track each week.

  • Daily accountability.

  • Unlimited support via phone or email.

  • Behavioral and Motivational Assessments to target thought patterns, motivators, and personal development techniques.

  • Personalized resources such as recipes, meal plans, cleanse programs, and nutritional and lifestyle guidance throughout the duration of the program.
